The research team includes Albert Meads Fisher, Andr\u00e9 Salles de Carvalho, Clodoaldo Grotta Ragazzo, Edson de Faria, Edson Vargas, F\u00e1bio Armando Tal, Ricardo dos Santos Freire, Salvador Addas Zanata, and Yuri Lima.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We seek candidates who hold a Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) obtained within the past seven years, or who expect to obtain it before the starting date of the\u00a0fellowship. Applicants should demonstrate strong research potential in one or more of the group\u2019s areas of interest, which include: real and complex dynamics in low dimensions, topological dynamics on surfaces, geometry and topology in low dimensions, Teichm\u00fcller theory, hyperbolic and non-uniformly hyperbolic dynamics, and ergodic theory.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">These are\u00a0<strong>two-year appointments<\/strong>, renewable for up to four years depending on funding availability, satisfactory performance and institutional approval. The\u00a0positions\u00a0are funded by FAPESP under the following conditions:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Start date:<\/strong>\u00a0Between March and August 2026<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Annual stipend:<\/strong>\u00a0BRL 150,840.00 (postdoctoral\u00a0fellowships are tax-exempt in Brazil)<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Research allowance:<\/strong>\u00a0BRL 15,084.00 per year<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p><span style=\"color:
